JLL has recently secured a new 43,798-square-foot office lease for Los Angeles County at SAG-AFTRA Plaza. The building is an 11-story Class A office space spanning over 530,000 square feet and located in the Miracle Mile submarket on Wilshire Blvd.
The county will be expanding from their previous space of 35,548 square feet. This agreement comes shortly after J.H. Snyder completed a significant renovation of SAG-AFTRA Plaza.
Representing Los Angeles County in the lease was Michael Freiberg from JLL. On behalf of J.H Snyder, Micheal Geller, Ben Silver and Greg Astor also from JLL were involved in the deal.
According to Freiberg: “This new lease demonstrates Los Angeles County’s dedication to providing services within this area.” He also mentioned that one reason for choosing to remain in this building was its close proximity to clients as well as its convenient amenities for staff members.
Silver added: “We are seeing more companies making leasing decisions based on factors such as company culture development, collaboration opportunities and access to labor.”
