Sack Capital Partners: Rebranding from Sack Properties

Founded in 1958, San Francisco-based real estate firm Sack Properties has rebranded to become Sack Capital Partners (SCP). The company is owned and operated by President Jeff Smith and CIO David Feinberg. SCP specializes in Class B multifamily properties located in prime infill locations throughout the Western U.S., with a current portfolio of approximately 3,000 apartment units worth around $1 billion.

Kirby Sack, CEO since 2007 and owner of the firm commented “Jeff and David have been strategic partners for many years now; I’m excited to see them take our business to new heights as they lead us into this next chapter.”
