Ryan Companies has recently signed a ground lease with Southside Community Health Services, a local healthcare provider, for the development of a new clinic at 1010 East Lake Street in Minneapolis. The site is strategically located just east of the Midtown Global Market and will be owned by Ryan Cos.
The new 30,000-square-foot clinic known as One Southside will enable Southside Community Health to expand its services and cater to more patients. According to Maureen Michalski, vice president of real estate development at Ryan Companies, this project not only enhances services but also contributes towards local investment and economic growth in the community.
Leading architecture firms 4RM+ULA and Perkins&Will have been appointed as architects for One Southside while Zuri3 Construction serves as construction manager. Classic Lake Consulting represents Southside during this project’s development phase. The estimated completion date for construction is mid-2025.
