Ryan Companies US, Inc. has recently announced a purchase and sale agreement with Thomson Reuters for 179 acres of land in Eagan, MN. The property includes a large office building spanning over 1 million square feet, three data centers totaling over 333,000 square feet and approximately 90 acres of undeveloped land.
According to Tony Barranco, North region president of Ryan Companies: “Having access to such a vast amount of acreage in a major metropolitan area is an exceptional opportunity. We are confident that redeveloping this site will bring new jobs and growth opportunities to the City of Eagan.”
The location off Dodd Road offers convenient accessibility as it is situated just south of the Interstate 494 and Interstate 35E interchange. It also boasts close proximity to both downtown Minneapolis and Saint Paul as well as the Minneapolis-St.Paul International Airport.
Thomson Reuters’ current office location in Eagan will remain operational but will eventually relocate to another site while their print manufacturing facility will continue operating at its present location.
This deal between Ryan Cos., Inc.,and Thomson Reuters was reported by Connect CRE without mentioning any specific company names or locations within LA or Texas.
