Ryan Companies US, Inc. has promoted Eric Nordeen to president of the Great Lakes region, replacing Jim McDonald who is transitioning to divisional president. Based in Chicago, Nordeen will oversee all real estate development and construction activities across the six-state area that comprises Ryan’s Great Lakes region.
McDonald commented on this promotion stating “In Eric’s short time at Ryan he has made a huge impact with his strong leadership skills and relationships established. The Great Lakes region has experienced solid growth over recent years and I am thrilled to continue working with him as he moves it forward.”
Nordeen joined Ryan in September 2021 bringing more than 20 years of experience in real estate development and capital markets from his prior role as principal of Ascendant Holdings which he co-founded back in 2010.
