Ryan Companies is commencing construction on Schrader Farms Business Park, situated at the northwest corner of Queen Creek and McQueen roads in Chandler. The business park consists of three industrial buildings spanning over 432,000 square feet.
Each building will have its own private secured yard and will be equipped with air conditioning. Additionally, there will be ample parking for vehicles and trailers. Nearby corporate giants such as Intel, FedEx, Cardinal Health are among the semiconductor-related users in close proximity.
The project is being developed by Ryan while Deutsch Architecture Group serves as the architect of record. JLL’s Pat Harlan, Kyle Westfall and Jason Moore represented Ryan in this transaction while Steve Larsen and Bill Honsaker acted on behalf of the seller.
Schrader Farms Business Park enjoys a strategic location near Chandler Municipal Airport with easy access to major interchanges including Loop 101 & 202 along with Arizona State Route 87 & Interstate-10.
