RXR has announced the appointment of Scott Crowe as their new executive vice president, chief strategy officer, and head of equity capital markets. In this role, Crowe will be responsible for overseeing the growth of RXR’s investment management platform and leading strategic initiatives.

Before joining RXR, Crowe served as president and chief investment strategist at CenterSquare where he was also a member of the firm-wide Investment Committee across various strategies such as Private Real Estate Equity,Credit Strategic Capital,and Global REITs. Additionally,Crowe led the Capital Markets team during his time there.He brings with him extensive experience including roles such as CIO at Resource Real Estate focusing on Liquid Alternatives,globally portfolio manager at Cohen & Steers,and headof Global Real Estate Researchat UBS.
