Rubinstein Plastic Surgery Center has signed a long-term lease for 3,400 square feet at 160 Summit Ave., a 32,000-square-foot office building in Montvale, New Jersey. The new lease follows recent leases with Refuah Health Center and Empowered Pelvic Health – both of which have committed to long term deals at the property.
Owned by Montvale Real Estate Ventures LLC based locally in New Jersey, the two story office building is undergoing an extensive renovation that includes upgrades to common areas and restrooms; ADA accessibility; a new front entrance; landscaping improvements; as well as high visibility signage.
JLL’s Frank D Recine serves as exclusive leasing agent for the property and commented: “160 Summit offers an unparalleled opportunity for medical practices looking to secure up to 12,000 square feet of space with private main entrance plus branding potential.”
