Rubinstein Plastic Surgery Center has signed a long-term lease for 3,400 square feet at 160 Summit Ave., a 32,000-square-foot office building in Montvale, New Jersey. This follows recent leases with Refuah Health Center and Empowered Pelvic Health who both secured long-term deals at the property.
Owned by locally based Montvale Real Estate Ventures LLC, the two story office building is undergoing an extensive renovation to include upgrades to common areas and restrooms as well as ADA accessibility improvements such as new front entrance landscaping and high visibility signage.
JLL’s Frank D Recine serves exclusively as leasing agent for the property noting that “160 Summit offers a unique opportunity for 12,000 square foot medical practice with private main entrance branding opportunities”.
