**RSK Real Estate Partners to Develop 156-Unit Build-to-Rent Community in Katy, Texas**
RSK Real Estate Partners has announced plans to construct a 156-unit build-to-rent (BTR) community on Morton Ranch Road in Katy, Texas. The company recently acquired a 9.37-acre parcel near the H-E-B-anchored market within the Morton Ranch Development.
The upcoming community will feature a mix of two- and three-bedroom duplex-style rental homes. Of the planned units, 103 will be three-bedroom residences, while 53 will offer two-bedroom layouts. Homes are expected to average approximately 1,600 square feet. The first units are scheduled for move-in by late summer 2026.
NewQuest’s Rick Ragan and Glenn Dickerson represented RSK Real Estate Partners in the land acquisition. Representing the seller, Morton Ranch Development, were Matthew Davis and Kristen McDade of Cushman & Wakefield. Morton Ranch Development is also responsible for The Market at Katy Park, a retail center encompassing 158,171 square feet.
The new rental community will be located across from Katy Park, a 100-acre county-operated sports complex featuring baseball and soccer fields.
