Immobiliare Realty Trust has sold the land of a mixed-use, multifamily development at 639 Warren Street in Roxbury, Massachusetts for $3.2 million. Colliers’ Kendin Carr represented the seller in this transaction for the 0.75-acre property which is part of an ongoing transformation to create a modern residential asset.
