Real estate investment firm Dilweg recently announced a 27,194-square-foot lease renewal with P. Marshall & Associates, LLC at Holcomb Woods in Roswell. Cresa’s Andy Roberts, Brooks Morris and Joe Grace represented PM&A in the deal.
Holcomb Woods is a single-story office park comprising four one-story buildings totaling 244,000 square feet. The campus offers convenience and flexibility to today’s office users who are focused on wellness and convenience as well as dynamic alternatives to traditional settings.
Jerry Banks, Managing Director at Dilweg commented: “This latest lease agreement reflects renewed momentum at the campus as more companies continue to gravitate towards single-story creative buildings that offer a dynamic alternative compared to traditional office settings.” In 2021 Dilweg acquired Holcomb Woods implementing $4 million for landscaping improvements such signage upgrades interior/exterior amenity spaces building exterior updates etc..
