"Ross Tower Secures $155M Refinancing with HPI Inks"

HPI Real Estate Services & Investments has successfully secured a $155 million loan extension for Ross Tower, a premier Class A office building located at 500 N. Akard Street in Downtown Dallas.

Since acquiring the property, HPI has invested approximately $20 million to enhance both the interior and exterior of Ross Tower. These upgrades have significantly improved the building’s appeal and amenities, including expanding Starbucks threefold and creating new spaces such as a casual Wi-Fi lounge, tenant living room, and executive boardroom for companies. As a result of these improvements, there has been increased interest from tenants leading to over 415,000 rentable square feet being leased out.
