Rosewood Property Company has begun leasing the third and final phase of The Tobin Estate Apartments, bringing a multi-year, multi-phase residential development to completion. The overall community now totals 956 apartment units across 44 acres, with the project originally launched in 2016.
The latest phase of the community is located at 3310 Oakwell Court and spans 10 acres, adding 359 new apartment homes to the existing property. The new residences offer a range of floor plans, from studios measuring 570 square feet to three-bedroom units up to 1,483 square feet. This expansion integrates with the earlier phases to form a single, contiguous campus-style multifamily community.
The property is positioned as an amenity-rich environment set within a tree-covered site. Across the full community, residents have access to two resort-style pools with cabanas, multiple resident lounges, rooftop decks, coworking spaces, and both indoor and outdoor fitness centers. Walking trails and two dog parks are woven throughout the grounds, emphasizing outdoor connectivity and pet-friendly features.
The third phase further enhances the amenity package with a second saltwater pool and a covered pool house that incorporates outdoor cooking facilities. Additional features in this phase include an extra dog wash station, expanded garden areas, and a series of activated outdoor gathering spaces designed to support social interaction and community events. The extended walking trails introduced with this phase connect the entire campus, improving circulation and access between the different sections of the property.
Blackland Partners serves as the general contractor for the latest phase, overseeing construction activity on the site. WDG Architecture is the architect of record, responsible for the design of the new buildings and amenities. InterBank provided the construction loan that supported development of this portion of the project.
With the third phase now leasing, The Tobin Estate Apartments transitions from a multi-phase construction effort into a fully delivered 956-unit multifamily community. The completion of this final phase consolidates the project as a single, large-scale residential asset with a broad mix of unit sizes and a comprehensive set of shared amenities.
