Durst Organization has announced that Italian restaurant Rosemary’s will open a new location at 825 Third Avenue in Midtown. The 3,000-square-foot space will feature indoor and outdoor seating, a bar, private dining options and the tenant amenity center on the 12th floor. Rosemary’s is expected to open in late 2023 with farm-to-table seasonal fare. Founder Carlos Suarez commented “New York has a unique opportunity to chart an exciting new course for commercial development that jettisons outdated constraints, humanizes the urban landscape and reestablishes the city as a leader in progressive urban development on the global stage.” This marks their third outpost within New York City. Durst Organization was represented by Thomas Bow, Ashlea Aaron Lauren Ferrentino and Bailey Caliban while David Latman of DLL Real Estate Ltd represented Rosemary’s side of negotiations.
