"Romano Law Relocates Headquarters to One Battery Park Plaza"

Romano Law, a leading law firm in New York City, is expanding and relocating its headquarters to One Battery Park Plaza. The new space will be more than double the size of their current location at 55 Broad Street. After leasing 8,335 square feet for an extended period of 11 years and six months with an asking rent of $56 per square foot, Romano Law plans to move into their new headquarters in the fall.

The decision to relocate comes as Romano’s current location is being converted into residential space by Silverstein Properties and Metro Loft Developers. In the meantime, they have temporarily moved to One Battery Park Plaza until their permanent space is ready.

Rudin handled the deal internally while Cresa’s Bert Rosenblatt acted as broker for Romano Law. Other companies such as Curtis + Ginsberg Architects are also remaining with Rudin during this transition period at 55 Broad Street.

This relocation marks a significant milestone for Romano Law and positions them well for continued growth in New York City’s legal market.
