Roers Companies is currently in the planning stages for a new apartment development located just south of Austin’s airport. The proposed project, known as McKinney Falls Apartments, will span eight acres at 7905 McKinney Falls Parkway and consist of 371 units. Construction is expected to begin in October with an estimated completion date of March 2026 and a total cost of $60 million.
The complex, spanning over 339,000 square feet if approved by Roers Companies, will offer one to four-bedroom units with various amenities such as gated access and security features. Other highlights include a designer clubhouse featuring billiards tables and a children’s activity center along with community laundry facilities. Additionally, residents can enjoy the multi-level infinity pool or stay active at the on-site fitness center equipped with state-of-the-art cardio and strength training equipment.
