The Center for Applied Behavioral Instruction Inc. (CABI) has secured over $2 million in financing from Rockland Trust to purchase a second location in Worcester, MS. This expansion will aid CABI’s growth and provide opportunities for students diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). According to Brian Doyle, LABA Founder & Executive Director of CABI, the collaboration with Rockland Trust has been instrumental in their continued success as a school.
The nonprofit school specializes in special education for ASD-diagnosed students aged 6-22 and plans to use the funds to acquire a former educational facility at 80 Williams Street in Worcester. The property was previously part of Clark University and minimal renovations are needed before operations can begin. This new location will allow CABI to enroll an additional 32 students.
This announcement marks another milestone for the nonprofit organization as it continues its mission of providing quality education and support services for individuals with ASD.
