Rockefeller Group has released new imagery highlighting the office component of 1072 West Peachtree, a recently completed 60-story mixed-use tower in Midtown Atlanta. The building is described as the tallest structure developed in the city in more than 30 years, marking a significant addition to the Midtown skyline and expanding the neighborhood’s mix of office and residential product.
The project delivers approximately 224,000 square feet of office space arranged across floors 11 through 18. Each of these office levels includes a private outdoor terrace, which the developer positions as a distinguishing feature in the local market. According to the project description, 1072 West Peachtree is currently the only office building in Atlanta offering dedicated outdoor space on every office floor, underscoring an emphasis on access to fresh air and outdoor work or meeting areas for tenants.
Above the office floors, the tower transitions to residential use, with units occupying floors 20 through 60. While specific unit counts and layouts are not detailed, this vertical mix of uses places office users and residents within the same structure, supported by an amenity package designed to serve both groups. The combination of offices on the lower high-rise floors and residences higher in the tower reflects an integrated mixed-use program within a single Midtown block.
Building amenities are centered around wellness and fitness. The property includes an athletic club with strength and cardio training areas, full-service locker rooms, and wellness-oriented spaces such as private spa treatment rooms, saunas, frost lockers, and dedicated recovery areas. In addition, a Pickleball court on-site can be converted into a multi-purpose outdoor fitness area, providing flexibility for different types of activities and events.
1072 West Peachtree is located along West Peachtree Street in Midtown Atlanta, positioned between major transit options and regional roadway connections. The building is within a five-minute walk of both the Midtown and Arts Center MARTA stations, offering rail access to key employment and cultural hubs across the city. For drivers, the site provides immediate connectivity to Interstates 75 and 85, and the project description notes that Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is approximately a 14-minute drive from the property under typical conditions.
With the tower now recently completed and new renderings released, Rockefeller Group is drawing attention to the building’s combination of modern office floors, high-rise residential levels, and an extensive wellness-focused amenity suite. The emphasis on outdoor terraces for every office floor, in particular, reflects a design strategy that ties tenant experience to open-air space and proximity to both transit and regional transportation infrastructure.
