The property is located at 10 Constitution Avenue and marks the sixth successful development by Rockefeller Group in this area within the past five years. Bridge Industrial has acquired this prime location as part of its expanding investment portfolio that now includes over 14 million square feet across New York and New Jersey.
According to Stefan Sansone, director of acquisitions for Bridge Industrial’s Northeast Region, “The property boasts numerous advantages such as its size and amenities like ample trailer parking and dock-high loading which make it suitable for a variety of tenant needs. Featuring impressive features like 36′ clear heights, 123 auto parking spaces, 57 trailer parking spaces,and41 loading docks along with3 ,000 square feetof office space,the center is strategically situated near major highways including I-287,I-95,and Routes78and80.The sale was facilitated by KBC Advisors with Marc Petrellaand Michael Kimmel representing Rockefeller Group.
