**Rockefeller Group Eyes Irving for $52M Warehouse Project**
Rockefeller Group Development Corp., widely recognized for the iconic Rockefeller Center, is expanding its footprint in Texas. After developing more than 25 commercial projects across the United States, the company is planning a major new initiative in North Texas.
According to recent reports, the group is considering a four-building industrial complex in Irving. The proposed development—spanning more than 788,000 square feet—would be located at 1501 Valley View Lane and is expected to cost over $52 million. Construction could kick off as early as May, with completion targeted for mid-2026.
This move comes as part of Rockefeller Group’s broader expansion strategy. The firm recently broke ground on its first two projects in the Houston market: a four-story apartment complex and a two-building distribution facility.
Beyond Texas, the company owns and manages approximately six million square feet of office space in Midtown Manhattan. Through its seven regional U.S. development offices, Rockefeller Group has approximately 14 million square feet of new projects in planning or under construction. These developments span a variety of asset types, including multifamily, industrial, office, and data centers.
Rockefeller Group is a member of the Mitsubishi Estate Group of companies.
