"Rockefeller Center Welcomes Republic Capital as New Tenant"

Republic Capital, a leading investment bank in the wealth management industry, has recently signed a lease for its new headquarters at 50 Rockefeller Plaza. The firm’s managing partner, John Langston, stated that their decision to relocate was driven by significant growth in 2022 and the need to better serve their clients. Despite having multiple options for office locations across various cities, Republic Capital ultimately chose New York City as its headquarters due to its strong market presence.

The move will see Republic Capital’s team of 11 professionals occupying a spacious 2,800-square-foot office on the twelfth floor starting in the third quarter of 2023. Lauren Davidson from Transwestern represented Republic Capital Group during negotiations while Tishman Speyer provided internal representation.

This latest development marks an important milestone for Republic Capital as it continues to solidify its position as one of the most active investment banks in wealth management. With this strategic move and prime location at Rockefeller Center secured through expert representation by Transwestern and Tishman Speyer respectively , we can expect even greater success from this dynamic firm moving forward.
