Rebranded Class-A office building The Mark in Rockaway, New Jersey has added three new leases to its roster. New Jersey Education Association is relocating to 8,438 square feet on the first floor; Polaris Pharmacy Services leased 9,925 square feet on the 5th floor for their first NJ office; and a professional services company signed a lease for 2,259 square feet on the 2nd floor.
The property underwent renovations prior to these transactions including upgrades of its lobby, elevators corridors bathrooms and parking deck. JLL represented Northbridge Capital in these deals with Chris Conklin leading the team. This marks an exciting milestone for The Mark as it continues to reposition itself as one of Rockaway’s premier commercial properties.
