Robert Mueller's Investigation: Final Phase Launches in January

Construction on the final phase of an office district within the Mueller community in Austin, Texas is set to begin early next year. Located where an airport once stood, Mueller is a mixed-income and mixed-use development situated at the heart of Austin. According to reports from The Austin Business Journal, San Francisco-based developer Shorenstein Properties LLC plans to start construction on Charlie and Delta buildings in January 2021. Combined together these two buildings will total nearly 334,000 square feet with 167,933 square feet for Charlie building and 161,409 square feet for Delta building respectively. Each four story tall structure will offer tenant areas ranging from 11,675 up to 42 215square feet with estimated construction costs amounting up to $90 million dollars . Aquila Commercial LLC has already started marketing these buildings for lease with David Putnam leading a list of brokers attachedto this listing . This project is expected be completed by January 2026 .
