**Robbins Brothers to Open Flagship Store in Pasadena**
Robbins Brothers Fine Jewelers has signed a 16-year lease for a new retail location at 587 East Colorado Boulevard in Pasadena. The store will occupy 8,000 square feet on the ground floor of The Swig Company’s 595 East Colorado building. Set to open in the third quarter of 2025, this location will serve as the century-old jeweler’s new showcase prototype store.

Built in 1928, 595 East Colorado Boulevard is a Beaux Arts-inspired office building located in Pasadena’s Playhouse District. The property is LEED Gold and WELL Certified, as well as a registered historic landmark. The ground floor space, recently vacated by a well-known bank branch, will now be reimagined as Robbins Brothers’ flagship retail experience.
The Swig Company was represented in the lease transaction by Katie Cowan, Shaun Stiles, and Hayden Clegg of Newmark. Robbins Brothers Jewelry, Inc. was represented by Guardian Commercial Realty.
