Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Rob Rubano as the head of Equity, Debt & Structured Finance (EDSF) for the Americas. As executive vice chair, he will be responsible for driving consistency and quality in client delivery and engagement, enhancing technology to provide data-driven insights and transparency, and contributing to the growth and operational effectiveness of Cushman & Wakefield’s EDSF platform. Rubano brings nearly 20 years of experience in capital markets with a track record of closing over $80 billion in transactions.
Reporting directly to Dan Broderick, president of Americas Advisory at Cushman & Wakefield, Rubano will work closely with executive leadership to lead the firm’s EDSF efforts. He will also collaborate with Matt Chatham, regional president for the West Region.
“Rob is a proven leader in capital markets with extensive expertise across various parts of the capital stack,” said Broderick. “His market-leading experience and high production make him an ideal fit for this role.”
In 2022 alone,Rubano completed over 60 financings totaling more than $8.5 billion throughout different regions within U.S., showcasing his exceptional performance within this space.
