RoadOne IntermodaLogistics has secured a prime location in Jacksonville, expanding its local presence to three facilities with over 800,000 square feet of warehouse space. The newly leased 422,136-square-foot Imeson Commerce Center at 1000 Imeson Park Boulevard is strategically located near another RoadOne building. JLL’s Luke Pope represented the building owner.
To further enhance their operations in this facility, RoadOne will be making improvements such as adding dock levelers and fencing with a guard shack. They will also construct a climate-controlled section spanning 100,000 square feet within the premises. These enhancements are expected to be completed by fall.
