RMK Management Corp. has been selected as the property manager for three multifamily rental properties located in the northern suburbs of Chicago. These properties are owned by TLP-Fides, a company based in Libertyville, Illinois.
“We are honored to have earned the trust of TLP-Fides and to be chosen as the management firm for not just one but three luxury rental communities in Chicagoland,” said Anthony Rossi Jr., president of RMK Management Corp.
One of these communities is The Terraces at Deerfield, situated at 625 Deerfield Road. RMK will now handle all leasing and management responsibilities for this community, which currently boasts a 94% occupancy rate. In addition to managing day-to-day operations, RMK will also oversee renovations to apartments, common areas and amenities.
RMK’s role expands beyond traditional property management duties with their involvement in NorthEnd Apartments – a condo deconversion project located at 375 W Winchester Road in Libertyville. As part of their new partnership with TLP-Fides , RMK will manage leasing efforts while overseeing renovation work on this property as well.
In September, Eleven5 Lake Apartments joined The Terraces at Deerfield and NorthEnd Apartments under RMK’s portfolio when they took over both leasing and management responsibilities for this community.
