**RMK Management Named Property Manager for Boutique 20-Unit Property in Chicago**
RMK Management Corp., one of the Midwest’s largest market-rate apartment management firms, has been named the property manager for 818 N. Wolcott, a boutique 20-unit rental community located in Chicago’s East Village neighborhood.
Completed in 2023, 818 N. Wolcott is a redevelopment project that transformed an existing foundry building into a modern residential property. A newly constructed addition expanded the original structure, enhancing both its footprint and functionality.
“This is quite a unique property, not only from an architectural standpoint and its interesting loft-style floor plans, but also in the very intimate environment it offers with only 20 units,” said Anthony Rossi Jr., president of RMK Management Corp.
