RMK Management Corp. has been appointed as the property manager for The Raven Residences, a transit-oriented rental community located at 4733 N. Wolcott Ave. in Chicago’s Ravenswood neighborhood. In addition to managing the property, RMK is also overseeing leasing for the development, which was created by Harlem Irving Companies and is currently 93.41% leased. The Raven Residences comprise 167 apartments and townhomes distributed across two four-story brick buildings.

The residential offerings include studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments ranging from 452 to 1,061 square feet, as well as six rental townhomes in two-bedroom, two-bath and four-bedroom, four-bath layouts, with sizes between 1,262 and 2,282 square feet. Adding to the community’s appeal, a new Colectivo café recently opened in the first-floor commercial space at the corner of Wolcott and Lawrence Avenues.
