RK Centers has recently completed the acquisition of Bristol Place, a 415,000-square-foot shopping center located in Attleboro, Massachusetts. The property was purchased from Unison Realty Partners for an undisclosed amount.
Situated at 1200 Newport Avenue, this expansive retail space is anchored by popular retailers such as The Home Depot and Market Basket Supermarket. In addition to these major tenants, the shopping center also boasts a variety of national brands including T.J. Maxx, Burlington, Edge Boutique Fitness Club , Hobby Lobby and Bob’s Discount Furniture.
The marketing campaign for this property was led by CBRE’s Retail Platform team consisting of Nat Heald , Kyle Juszczyszyn , Rob Robledo , Ryan Minihan and Jordana Roet . They successfully represented Unison in all negotiations leading up to the closing deal.
