RJK Acquires Medford Office Building for $11.75M with Plans for Next-Gen Workplace Transformation
Newmark has announced the $11.75 million sale of 101 Station Landing, a 160,842-square-foot office building located just three miles north of Downtown Boston in Medford, Massachusetts. The property was sold by James Campbell Company and purchased by RJK of Burlington, MA.
The transaction was facilitated by Newmark’s capital markets team, which included Robert Griffin, Edward Maher, Matthew Pullen, James Tribble, Samantha Hallowell, William Sleeper, Joseph Alvarado, and Casey Valente. Acquisition financing for the deal was secured by Newmark’s Boston Debt & Structured Finance team, consisting of David Douvadjian, Sr., Timothy O’Donnell, David Douvadjian, Jr., and Conor Reenstierna, with funding provided by Cambridge Savings Bank.
RJK plans a strategic repositioning of the property, which has maintained an impressive average occupancy rate of 96%. Brandon Kelly, CEO of RJK, expressed confidence in the building’s potential:
