The Opus Group has commenced construction on a 125,000-square-foot facility for RJ Schinner, one of the nation’s largest independent redistributors of janitorial/sanitation, foodservice and paper products. Located at 7530 91st St. Alcove in Southeast Industrial Park in Cottage Grove, MN., the site will provide enough space to meet current and future needs with room to expand.

The Opus Group is responsible for developing , designing , building as well as acting as architect and structural engineer on record . This parcel is the last one within Southeast Industrial Park; it was purchased by RJ Schinner from Hillcrest Development after 18.5 acres had been acquired . Completion date is set at January 2024 .
