TMGOC Ventures has received approval from a local review board to bring the first Ritz-Carlton hotel to the city of Georgia. The construction for this luxurious 104-room hotel and 20 residences is set to commence in the second quarter of 2024, with an expected opening date in the first quarter of 2026.
