Rise48 Allocates $9M for Fort Worth Apartment Renovation

Rise48 Equity, a leading real estate investment firm, has recently acquired Copperfield Apartments in Fort Worth from MLG Capital. The 323-unit community underwent extensive renovations by MLG over the past five years, including updates to over 100 units and improvements to the clubhouse and pool area. Rise48 plans to invest an additional $9 million into both interior and exterior upgrades for the property.

Built in 1984, Copperfield Apartments offers one- and two-bedroom floorplans ranging from 525 to 1,067 square feet spread across ten buildings. Upgraded features include modern kitchens and bathrooms with breakfast bars. Some units also boast walk-in closets, fireplaces, extra storage space inside the unit itself as well as patios or balconies for outdoor living space. Residents can enjoy various amenities such as a swimming pool with outdoor grilling area, fitness center equipped with laundry facilities on-site electric vehicle charging stations,and a business center.

This marks Rise48’s ninth acquisition in Dallas since their first project purchase back in 2019; bringing their total number of acquisitions up to an impressive count of49 properties thus far.The company continues its growth strategy through strategic investments like this one at Copperfield Apartments.
