**Ridgeline and Deep Cove Break Ground on The Bend at Capitol District in Nashville**

Ridgeline Development Partners and Deep Cove Partners are set to break ground this month on The Bend at Capitol District, a major two-building development located near the Tennessee State Capitol in Nashville. The name “The Bend” is inspired by the nearby curves of the local highway and river, tying the project to the area’s natural geography and historical context.

The project will feature an eight-story Moxy hotel and a ten-story residential building. The residential component includes The Delle at The Bend, offering 128 fully furnished apartments managed by Marriott Bonvoy, as well as The Residences at The Bend, comprised of 133 rental apartments. Additionally, the development will incorporate 17,000 square feet of retail space within a pedestrian paseo connecting the two buildings.

Located at 450 James Robertson Parkway, The Bend is adjacent to the TownePlace Suites by Marriott, which was also developed by the same partners and opened in 2020.

Smith Gee Studio and S9 Architecture are leading design efforts, while Skanska USA will serve as the general contractor for the project.
