### Lone Tree’s RidgeGate Expands with New Residential and Retail Developments
The massive master-planned community of **RidgeGate** in Lone Tree is set to grow with additional residential units and retail spaces. Currently home to approximately 6,000 residents, the development continues to expand under **Coventry Development**, with several key projects slated for 2025.
#### Upcoming RidgeGate Projects:
– **King Soopers & Retail Space**
A **123,000-square-foot King Soopers** grocery store and fuel center are scheduled to break ground this year. The retail center will also feature an additional **30,000 square feet** of shop space.
– **Century Living Luxury Apartments**
Sitework has begun on **Century Living’s 340-unit luxury, market-rate rental project** in RidgeGate Village Center. Located on the east side of the community, the apartments are expected to **open by mid-2026**.
– **The Reserve at Lone Tree – Senior Living**
The **Reserve at Lone Tree**, a **209-unit luxury senior development**, is set to open in May. Developed by **Experience Senior Living Development**, the nine-story building will include **125 independent living apartments, 60 assisted living apartments, and 24 memory care units**.
– **Affordable Senior Housing**
Construction has started on a **101-unit affordable senior housing project** in RidgeGate Village Center. **Koelbel and Co.** secured tax credit approval for the project, which is projected to be completed by **May 2026**.
As RidgeGate continues its expansion, these developments are poised to enhance the community’s residential and commercial offerings, further solidifying Lone Tree as a thriving hub in the region.
