Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer recently finalized the sale of The Mill at Manchester Lofts, a 70-unit apartment community located at 815 Perry St. in Richmond, VA. Putnam Mill, LLC acquired the property from Fulton Street Partners for $14,800,000 as an investment and intends to pursue a value-add strategy after closing that includes interior and overall renovations.
