Novare Group and BCDC have broken ground on their 37th joint-venture project, a 302-unit luxury apartment community in Richmond Hill, GA. The residences are located on Heartwood Avenue just off Belfast Keller Road and are the multi-family component of Heartwood at Richmond Hill, a 7,000 acre master planned mixed use community by Raydient in Georgia’s historic Lowcountry.
Jim Borders, CEO of Novare Group expressed his excitement for the partnership with Raydient stating “We are thrilled to partner with them as they thoughtfully create an incredible destination in Richmond Hill.” He went on to explain that this historic town is close to Savannah offering coastal lifestyle near one of the principal economic engines of southeastern United States. The Humphreys & Partners Architects designed community will feature resort style amenities while Trustmark National Bank and Atlantic Union Bank provide financing for it’s construction which is being handled by Classic Plains with delivery anticipated during third quarter 2024.
