Richardson Apartment Builder to Expand Unit Availability

The Richardson City Plan Commission has approved an updated mixed-use development plan for a prime location in Richardson. The original proposal, which included 299 units near the intersection of West Spring Valley Road and S. Sherman Street, was deemed unsuitable by developer Brandon Hancock of Lang Partners. In response, Hancock has presented a revised plan that includes 373 apartments in a five-story building, three live and work units, a five-story parking garage, and 900 square feet of coworking space at the complex near the Spring Valley Dallas Area Rapid Transit Station.

The zoning case is set to be reviewed by Richardson City Council during their upcoming meeting on December 11th. This latest development update showcases the commitment of local builders to continuously improve and enhance living spaces for residents in this thriving area.
