### Richardson and CBRE Seek Development Partner for Arapaho Center Station

CBRE and the City of Richardson have announced a request for proposals for the redevelopment of the **Arapaho Center Station**, a Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) property located at 200 Woodall Dr. in Richardson, Texas. The city is seeking a private development partner to transform the **14.47-acre site** into a **transit-oriented, mixed-use development**.

The site, a single parcel of land, has **by-right entitlements allowing for more than 1 million square feet** of development. The planned mixed-use project aims to complement Richardson’s dynamic business environment, improve public transit access, and introduce modern residential, retail, and commercial spaces that will establish Arapaho Center Station as a key economic and community hub.

CBRE representatives **Josh White and Renee Castillo**, along with **Peter Jansen** from CBRE’s Public Institutions and Education Solutions (PIES), are leading the solicitation, negotiation, and engagement process to secure an appropriate developer for the project.
