**Richardson and CBRE Seek Development Partner for Transit Center Redevelopment**

CBRE and the City of Richardson have announced a solicitation for proposals to redevelop the **Arapaho Center Station**, a Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) property located at 200 Woodall Dr. in Richardson, Texas. The city is seeking a private development partner to create a transit-oriented, mixed-use project on the 14.47-acre site.

The property is a single parcel with by-right entitlements allowing for over 1 million square feet of development. The envisioned project aims to complement Richardson’s dynamic business landscape, improve public transit accessibility, and introduce innovative residential, retail, and commercial spaces. The redevelopment is expected to serve as a catalyst for growth in the city and surrounding region.

CBRE’s Josh White and Renee Castillo, along with Peter Jansen from CBRE’s Public Institutions and Education Solutions (PIES), are representing Richardson in efforts to attract, negotiate, and engage with a development partner.
