Hobbs Brook Real Estate (HBRE) has recently completed new leases and extensions totaling 125,500 square feet at Northwoods, a three-story Class A office building located at 1301 Atwood Ave. in Johnston, RI. The LEED Gold-Certified property spans over 315,710 square feet.
The tenants include Dimeo Construction Company with a newly signed lease for 28,000 square feet; Zebra Technologies Corporation with a two-phased lease for approximately 13,500 square feet; and Dassault Systèmes who renewed their lease for over 84,000 square-feet.
According to Peter Gottlieb , president and CEO of HBRE: “The continued success in leasing at Northwoods highlights the importance of resilient operations under stable ownership as well as the incorporation of energy-efficient and sustainable building practices.”
Representing HBRE in these transactions were Matt Fair and Peter Hayes from Cushman & Wakefield/Hayes & Sherry. CBRE’s Alan Anderson represented Dimeo Construction Company while JLL’s Sean Lynch represented Zebra Technologies Corporation. Additionally,JLL’s Brendan Callahanand Gabrielle Harvey acted on behalf ofDassault Systèmes during their renewal process.
