TCC’s Fulton Labs life science campus in Chicago has recently secured a new lease with Rhaeos, a clinical-stage medical device technology company. The company will occupy 7,344 square feet on the fifth floor of 400 North Aberdeen in the city’s bustling Fulton Market neighborhood.
The deal was facilitated by Dan Lyne of CBRE representing TCC and Andria Winters and James Otto, also from CBRE, representing Rhaeos. This move represents an expansion for Rhaeos as they relocate their headquarters and laboratory from Evanston to this new location at 400 North Aberdeen.
Despite challenges faced by the national leasing market, TCC has had great success attracting growing start-ups and institutions to its lab-ready graduation spaces. According to Morgan Baer Blaska, Vice President at TCC Chicago: “We are thrilled to have Rhaeos join our roster of tenants here at Fulton Labs.”
Rheaos joins other notable tenants such as Portal Innovations , Mattiq , Chan-Zuckerberg BioHub , Chicagoland Climate Investment Alliance , and Illinois Institute of Technology . This diverse mix further solidifies Fulton Labs’ reputation as a premier destination for cutting-edge research and innovation in Chicago’s thriving life sciences sector.
