Next summer, the Marciano family will unveil a brand new Wally’s Wine & Spirits concept at Century Plaza. This development, spanning six acres along Avenue of the Stars in Century City and owned by the Reuben Brothers, will feature a 2,500-square-foot interior and a 1,500-square-foot outdoor terrace for guests to enjoy an open-air dining experience in front of Fairmont Hotel’s architectural waterfront spheres.
This exciting announcement comes on the heels of significant progress at Century Plaza. Three residential units have recently been sold at Park Elm for nearly $200 million total sales. Additionally, Fairmont Residences are leasing up quickly.
Nicolai Marciano from Wally’s expressed his enthusiasm about collaborating with David Reuben Jr. to bring this new concept to life at Century Plaza: “It has been an incredible opportunity to create something unique and special for our beloved Wally’s brand.” More details about this innovative project will be revealed in due time.
