Revolut, a UK-based fintech company with a valuation of $33 billion, will be relocating and expanding to its new headquarters at 107 Greenwich Street in Lower Manhattan. The move is part of the company’s growth strategy and will allow them to occupy a fully furnished 10,108-square-foot space on the entire 20th floor.
The new headquarters is located within the recently completed Trinity Commons development by Trinity Church Wall Street. This development includes community resources on the first five floors and office spaces from the 14th to 26th floors.
JLL’s leasing team led by John Wheeler, Andrew Coe, and Margaux Kelleher represents Trinity in leasing at this location. Revolut was represented by JLL’s Val Stobetsky, Calum Waddell , Will McGarry ,and Hale King.
