The renovated common areas will boast upscale finishes, modern furniture with versatile capabilities, as well as a private fireside lounge. Furthermore, the dining area can be combined with the pantry and lounge to host larger tenant events for up to 115 people. Additionally, lobbies on both 41st and 40th streets will receive new desks along with turnstiles for improved security measures.
