"Revitalized: Baytown Mall Transformed into Mixed-Use Development"

Fidelis Realty Partners has begun construction on a new project to revitalize the San Jacinto Mall, which will be known as the San Jacinto Marketplace. Situated on 105 acres at Interstate 10 and Garth Road, this mixed-use development will feature a 550,000-square-foot shopping center with open green spaces. The retail space will be occupied by ten anchor tenants, making up three-quarters of the total area. Additionally, there will be restaurants and multiple buildings for various businesses.
