Revesco, a leading real estate development company, is currently working on a mixed-use project located along the scenic South Platte River in Denver. This exciting new project will be part of the larger Hurley Place development.
As part of its involvement in the 62-acre Hurley Place, Revesco is responsible for obtaining city approvals and overseeing all aspects of construction. The planned hotel will feature 172 rooms, while there will also be 126 luxurious condo units and 304 high-end rental apartments available at this prime location. In addition to these residential offerings, there will also be approximately 33,000 square feet of retail space as well as public outdoor areas for residents and visitors to enjoy. Revesco anticipates receiving approval for their site development plan within the next year and a half.
The esteemed architectural firm Semple Brown Design has been chosen to design this impressive project while Swinerton has been tasked with handling pre-construction work on-site.
