Revesco Plans Mixed-Use Project on South Platte River

Revesco, a real estate development company, is currently working on a mixed-use project located along the South Platte River in Denver. This project will be part of the larger Hurley Place development. The goal of Revesco is to create a vibrant community by delivering a hotel, condominiums and apartments at this prime location.

As part of their role in the 62-acre Hurley Place development, Revesco will oversee all aspects including obtaining city approvals and managing construction activities. The new hotel will feature 172 rooms while there will also be 126 condo units and 304 multifamily rental units available for residents to choose from. In addition to these residential options, there will also be approximately 33,000 square feet of retail space as well as public outdoor areas for everyone to enjoy. It is expected that site plan approvals for this project will be obtained within the next year and half.

The renowned architectural firm Semple Brown Design has been selected as the lead architect for this project while Swinerton has been tasked with handling pre-construction work on site.
